End of Spring/Start of Summer

When we got back from our trip to New Orleans we jumped right back in to all of the Spring/end of the school year activities.

My dad treated my mom, Mary, Paige, Elle and me to mani/pedi's one night for Mother's Day.

Elle's Girl Scout troop earned a day at Build-A-Bear after their cookie sales.

We celebrated Mother's Day with a night out to dinner at Tony's.

Then on Sunday I had lunch with my little family of four.

Goodies from my babies.

My little Spider Man.

We visited Sissy and took her lunch one last time to round out her year in Kindergarten.

Lots of bike/scooter rides on nice days.

Sissy had her first season of softball! It was through the city league and about 80% of the games were rained out but she loved it.

That city league rolled right into CYC summer softball.

Nice days riding bikes are one of their favorites.

We headed to school one morning for Elle's school parade.

They dismiss right after the parade so we headed to the park right after then out to lunch.

And ended the day with Sno Biz...the official sign of summer.

Dropping my baby off for her last full day of Kindergarten. That year flew by.

We celebrated Eric's 35th birthday with Sugar Fire and hulk hands.

Elle's last day of Kindergarten!
She had such a great year, she made friends, started Girl Scouts, started wearing allll the JoJo bows, she worked hard and was sooooo ready for summer break!

I LOVE this girl SO MUCH!!

Peace out Kindergarten.

Lazy mornings with this boy are my most favorite thing.

We celebrated Mr. Paddy Cakers turning 1!!

He wanted nothing to do with his Chay Chay, just wanted his thumb and his MawMaw. :)

Elle loves any baking competition show. She was all about this model clay baking kit.

We showed up at softball practice one night and Ollie's friend Grace had bought him a Forky t-shirt just because. He was so excited!

Friday night at one of our favorite parks!

I love watching this girl play softball, already so excited for her next season.

Celebrating Eric and Paige's birthdays.

We were at my parents house and everyone kept swearing they heard the ice cream truck.
It was a whole ordeal of inside, outside, back inside, wait outside for 30 minutes...I honestly can't remember if the ice cream truck ever came or not! haha

The lizards at my parents house kept them entertained though.

I always want to remember when he was as tall as this garden flag.

Everyone looks a hot mess but had to document our first trip to the pool of the summer!

We went to the Wentzville General Store for the Thursday night soda pop blind tasting. Ollie won this twice over the summer. Charlie also asked the man pouring our soda why his nose was so big...yikes.

After the soda tasting we headed to Mary's for a cousin summer slumber party!
Some late night flashlights and dares proved Elle is the bravest of this bunch.

The all left the General Store with a bag of candy, Ollie had this huge gummy snake in his...and when I wasn't paying attention he ate the entire thing before bed.

The kids celebrated a super fun Blues win, one step closer to the Stanley Cup!

Elle Belle lost another tooth!

We had lots of days swimming with friends.

Cheered the Blues on to a Stanley Cup win!

Checked things off our Summer Fun list, like a water balloon fight.

And Elle's Girl Scout trip got to have an after hours experience at the Zoo. So fun!

That is just the beginning of summer!
